Some photos are so bad that its hard to imagine that they could be "fixed" for a better result.
You have to be knowledgeable on photography, understand exposure and all the terminology of photography.
The following photo was so bad, it is hard to contemplate that anyone can do anything with it!
Look at what I did with it! First the original, followed by the edited.
As you can see, a huge difference!
